The European Union (EU) Ambassador to Ghana William Hanna has called  for an empowering and inclusion of people living with disabilities in the society in order to commit their full potentials to national development. He observed that the inclusion and the empowerment of People Living with Disabilities (PWD) is a prerequisite for harnessing a thorough human resource potentials for every nation.
