Mobility Equipment for Needs of the Disabled (MEND) Trust in New Zealand provided initial funding and technical support for the formation of Voice Ghana in 2002 and has since been providing support to Voice Ghana.

"MEND is a non-profit organisation, registered in New Zealand and run by mainly volunteers on a shoestring, we have no fancy offices, vehicles or big salaries, our offices are laptops with internet, so that the majority of your donations go to the disabled beneficiaries."
